Yet again, fall brings us duck and its many friends for celebrating in the streets of Knowlton at the Brome Lake Duck Festival, held in the Eastern Townships. The 18th edition takes its inspiration from last year’s success and is offering lively streets. Here, you’ll meet agricultural producers and wineries that present and sell their products. And there will be jazz musicians… a perfect combination of two delights: cuisine and music. The main festival site is in Parc Coldbrook, where festival goers can enjoy culinary presentations given by many of the region’s renowned chefs. Additionally, the city’s restaurants will have menus to sharpen your appetite for duck over the weekends of September 21, 22 and 28, 29, 2013.
