Sherbrooke Winter Carnival

Come have fun with your family at the Sherbrooke Winter Carnival from March 1 to 4, 2012 at Parc Jacques-Cartier. This event is presented by Loto-Québec, in collaboration with the City of Sherbrooke. This year, the Carnival has lots of surprises in store for you: a provincial ball hockey tournament, evening concerts, 5-, 10- and 21-km races, as well as a brand new snowskate park. These activities have been added this year to enrich the event’s programme. The Carnival classics, such as tube sledding, dog sled outings and ice climbing, will be back this year. Also, the Carnival will revive Quebec winter traditions with a village of yesteryear at the Marché de la Gare: folk music, maple and terroir products to discover!
