In the company of a qualified guide, come meet snakes, turtles, otters, frogs, fish, racoons and other living creatures at the Bécancour Centre de la Biodiversité du Québec. The guide will take you from the “Seasons of the Lake” film to the sensory corridor to discover Lake Saint-Pierre’s biodiversity. Open year round, the center is meant for both adults and children. From May 20 to October 31, you can climb aboard the biotrain for an informative, fun trip through the forest and meet animals at the minifarm. In both winter and summer, you can hike or snowshoe along 4 kilometres (2.5 miles) of marked trails. Must-see, new exhibitions about dinosaurs and on urban wildlife, funny neighbours.
