Take off for the Eastern Townships, destination downtown Sherbrooke, to see a host of open air shows. Whether it is in one or the other of its public squares or on stage at Place Nikitotek, one of the most beautiful outdoor theatres in North America, you will enjoy a feast for both your eyes and ears, promised. Les 7 doigts de la main invite you to a humorous, poetic, explosive, and touching show. With Traces, a circus spectacle on a human scale, you enter into a universe that combines acrobatic performance, dance, and theatre.
After presenting Traces more than 1200 times throughout the world, the troupe comes to Sherbrooke from July 18 to August 4 to present this production that made Time Magazine's Top Ten Everything of 2011 list. A unique chance to see these talented artists in action before they return to New York where the show has been playing for nearly a year now.

Starting in July, Sherbrooke will be alive with the sound of music. With more than 40 free open air shows presented as part of the Concerts de la cité and Sherblues et folk events, downtown Sherbrooke will put on its party hat this summer. A picnic at lunch time, stretching your legs in the evening, or an afternoon with your family—any reason is good to come and let yourself be rocked to the sound of the music.
Then, starting in the month of August, Place Nikitotek comes alive again with a series of musical shows. Sylvain Cossette, Premier ciel, un hommage à Harmonium, and the Orchestre du Septième Art will all be performing, for wonderful musical evenings under the stars.
