• From February 9 to 11, 2017, see the SUBZERO outdoor hockey tournament in Île-Perrot or even better, lace up your skates and join one of the teams!
• From February 10 to 12, 2017, the Festival Glisse et Réglisse in Rigaud is a great place for sliding – an event that will have you forgetting the freezing temperatures.
• On March 11, 2017, join the party at Boom des Neiges, a day of festivities at Mont Rigaud where everyone is welcome.
Enjoy your favourite outdoor activities
All winter long, outdoor enthusiasts will be thrilled to visit Vaudreuil-Soulanges. Hit the slopes at Mont Rigaud in a warm and friendly atmosphere. Known as the province’s ski kindergarten, this ski centre is perfect for families. On Mont Rigaud you’ll also find L’Escapade – 27 km (17 mi.) of trails – for cross-country skiing, snowshoeing and hiking. If you’re looking to come in from the cold for a bit, the GOLFIN Dorion lets golfers practise their favourite sport all year thanks to a simulator.
After some sport, it’s time for a treat!
There’s nothing like a day spent outdoors to build up an appetite! Inject some heat into your body and mind at Mikko espresso & boutique in Hudson or Cafexo Boutique in Vaudreuil-Dorion. This spring tempt your taste buds with a visit to Sucrerie des Gallant in Sainte-Marthe or Sucrerie de la montagne in Rigaud. For more activities, check out the Vaudreuil-Soulanges website below.
