The Festival de l’Outaouais Émergent is a young and dynamic event in the heart of downtown Gatineau that aims to bring together Outaouais citizens and artists in an atmosphere promoting the development of culture and identity. The festival offers Outaouais tourists and residents a unique chance to discover the talents of regional artists in a festive, urban setting. Come enjoy talented Outaouais musicians, visual artists, theatre performers, dancers and more. Festival goers are cordially invited to join in the fun with some 100 working volunteers.
