The Festival des Fromages Fins de Victoriaville, presented in the Centre-du-Québec region, is one of the largest gastronomy events dedicated to fine cheese and terroir products in Quebec. It has four distinct parts: the Salon des fromages fins, family activities, shows and the Sélection Caséus, as well as the Quebec fine cheese contest or Prix du Public. The Salon des fromages fins stands out with its many cheese exhibitors and manufacturers of terroir products. Also, different cheese-related activities are offered, including conferences, workshops, chef competitions, a tasting panel and cheese sculpting. A small farm and several outdoor games will entertain children. You can also enjoy outdoor shows and musical presentations at the bistro and the Salon des fromages fins.
