Held in Saint-Pierre-Baptiste in the Centre-du-Québec region, the Festival des Sucres includes many activities, to be enjoyed on the Friday, Saturday and Sunday preceding Dollard Day. In addition to the traditional sugaring-off party, you'll find many other activities: bingo, family softball tournament, folk gala, mass, shows, recreational activities and inflatable games. All this in a real maple grove that borders the main road of Saint-Pierre-Baptiste. In 2013, come savour the 56th edition of one of the oldest festivals in Quebec. The main attraction for the weekend will surely be the sugaring-off party with maple taffy on snow. Enjoy yourself at an enchanted place featuring some 20 fireplaces dispersed across the maple grove and complemented by traditional music and invited artists.
