From August 20 to 25, 2013, Québec City will host the best military bands from Canada and abroad, to launch the 15th edition of the Québec City International Festival of Military Bands. Festivities are planned over 6 days, including some thirty free concerts and electrifying events such as the Festival Parade, the Armoury Thematic Concerts (jazz, big band, swing) and a Family Day that will astonish festival goers of all ages. During this prestigious event, don’t miss the featured Québec City Military Tattoo at Colisée Pepsi from August 22 to 24. This year, 4 shows and 5,000 new seats will be available! This show brings together some 800 musicians and participants in a stunning mix combining music, spectacular choreographies and mass musical performance. New this year, the festival is partnering with Grands Feux for a pyrotechnic show to a military beat, on August 21.
