Festivent Ville de Lévis invites you to celebrate its 31st edition from July 31 to August 4, 2013. This year, festival-goers will get a chance to see more than 30 hot air balloons, including many special shapes, day and night, as weather permits. Many internationally-renowned and quality Quebec musicians will perform on the huge Loto-Québec stage, as well as on the family and emerging artist stages. Finally, a ton of activities, rides, inflatable games and fun for the kids await families from Friday to Sunday, during the day.
