Les Cartonfolies

Unique in the world, Les Cartonfolies is a festival of pure entertainment, because everything is inspired by cardboard. During the three days of festivities, Les Cartonfolies puts on shows and activities in which the whole family is invited to participate, such as the famous cardboard boat races, the cardboard art exhibit, the cartoon costume parade, the old cardboard beater race and so much more. If you come to the festival, you'll have fun; if you participate in the festival, you'll love it! The event takes place in a cartoon setting at the extraordinary Clair-Soleil Park in Cabano, on the shores of Témiscouata Lake. Coming to Les Cartonfolies is also a chance to discover a magnificent region, the Témiscouata, which is a largely unknown part of the Bas Saint-Laurent, where the beauty of nature and the warm microclimate are sure to please festival goers.
