The Canadian Maple Delights company wants to share its passion for maple syrup with you. Maple syrup is one of Canada’s oldest natural resources, comparable to wine in Europe. To enjoy the 1001 flavours of maple under one roof, Canadian Maple Delights has a museum entirely devoted to the history of the sugar maple, from yesterday to today; a boutique offering over 60 maple-based products and 100% pure, organic maple syrup in attractive containers; and a bistro serving fine cakes, Viennese pastries, chocolates, gelati, sorbets, coffees and teas, all maple based.
