Go back to the 19th century with 200 characters in period costumes at the Fêtes Victoriennes (Victorian Festivities) in Victoriaville. This event takes participants back to the time of Queen Victoria and Sir Wilfrid Laurier. The activities take place in downtown Victoriaville and on the historic West Laurier Street, lined with Victorian-style buildings. On the agenda: the Grand Ball, street theatre, music, dance, historic kiosks, guided tours and a procession starring Sir Wilfrid Laurier.Several locations: downtown and West Laurier Street. This event is unic in Canada and you can also participate being Victorian era costumed (costumes rent service is avalaibable - just call us).
