During a getaway in Montérégie, I enjoyed the afternoon to treat myself to complete and total relaxation. We stopped at the Auberge des Gallant for lunch (delicious!), and while my partner was quietly reading a book at the bar located in the welcome area, I was gently carried away for perfect relaxation with a full treatment… What an unforgettable experience!
A Meal Unlike Any Other…
The fare at Auberge des Gallant has something to please the most discerning of palates. What delights we discovered… and what great service! Our waitress was always attentive and took her time to kindly explain the menu and dishes. The calf sweetbread was quite simply delicious, not to mention the duck foie gras au torchon!
Everything on the menu makes use of local products and is adapted according to the season. The dining room has an elegant décor, and it is pleasant to sip an after-dinner drink next to the fireplace in a cozy armchair…

Haven eaten my fill, I took the time to enjoy an absolutely divine treatment, offered at Spa Gallant, recently renovated and now featuring a beautiful relaxation area and nicely decorated restrooms. I was then taken under the wing of the therapist, who explained in detail the fabulous treatment awaiting me: Sacred Nature. This integral 90-minute treatment for face and body is ideal for skin that is particularly dry and sensitive. The products used are as kind to the body as they are to the planet, given that the range of products is certified EcoCert®.
Many other treatments are offered at this health centre, from those specifically designed for men or pregnant women to a wide range of manicures and pedicures or the Aromasoul rituals (a Gallant house treatment) that will send you around the world and back. Each of these treatments is an exceptional experience for the soul and body; you can choose from Oriental, Mediterranean, Indian or Arabic treatments… the choice is yours!
