Mont Orford (tourist centre)

Despite being better known for its winter sports, this centre also offers activities all year round in the Eastern Townships. Mont Orford has more than 12 trails for nature lovers and some 30 km (18 mi) of hiking. For those who want to take time to enjoy an incredible panoramic view, it is possible to climb aboard a gondola and be carried away by the beautiful panorama. For golf enthusiasts, the Mont Orford Golf Course is classed among the most beautiful panoramic courses in the province. Mont Orford treats its guests to an environment touting a thousand and one splendours, at the heart of picturesque nature. Some 2,300 accommodation sites and over 200 boutiques, restaurants and bars are found within a 6-km (4-mi) radius of Mont Orford.
