At the RocheFort Maroquinier Leather Working Economuseum, you will be introduced to leather working on the very site of the old village shoemaker’s shop in a century-old building. Visitors can learn more about the artisans’ know-how and leather working techniques from yesteryear’s artisans. In the workshop, watch the artisan’s skilled hands cutting out the skins, fitting them together, and then working and fashioning them into beautiful objects.
