There are cliffs almost everywhere in Quebec: Kamouraska, Val-David, Saint-Alban, Mont-Orford, the Montagne d’Argent… it's up to you to discover the best ones! Despite what you may think, rock climbing isn’t only an individual performance sport. Above all else, it’s about being with friends, in the great outdoors, enjoying a simple, intense experience. Before venturing onto an outside rock face, or if you simply prefer this option, it's a good idea to experience the sensation of heights in an indoor rock climbing centre with certified instructors, at Roc Gym or at Horizon Roc.
