Rollerblading in Quebec

Many bike trails and some parks in Quebec’s have superb conditions for rollerblading. For the rollerblade lover in you, here are some sites (link to skating) where you can practise this activity in complete safety. Be aware that skating or rollerblading in the streets or on sidewalks is not allowed. It is recommended that you wear a helmet as well as elbow, knee and wrist guards. If you don’t have skates, some tourist and outdoor centres rent them.
