Founded in 1990, this vineyard is located a few kilometers from the American boarder. Near Covey-Hill road, a links and valley area popular amongst Quebec cyclist and hikers. It benefits from an ideal climate for both classical and ice wine viticulture. The slightly inclined and gravelly land is favorable for the wines. The 7500 vine plants aged 20 to 25 years, planted on 2 acres of land, produce each year 3 white wines, 2 reds, a rosé, a late harvest and an ice wine. The grapes varieties are French hybrids like White Seyval, Cayuga, Vidal and Geisenheim.
