Thanks to a long winter season and remarkable snow conditions, skiers and snowboarders are really spoiled in Quebec! Whether you are on the hunt for thrills or you want to try board sports for the first time, you’ll find countless ski resorts in the province with a variety of types of trails. To plan a safe ski trip, refer to the guidelines set out by the Quebec Ski Area Association.

All alpine skiing fanatics who know it agree that Mont Sutton offers a unique experience and glades recognized as the best in Canada. This major ski resort, which is the pride of the Eastern Townships, benefits from a generous snowy microclimate and blends in harmoniously with the surrounding nature. Practise skiing, snowboarding or telemark skiing on any of the sixty runs.

Nestled at the heart of the Appalachian Mountains, Mont-Orignal is ideal for a day out with family. A great place for alpine skiing and snowboarding, the resort features a state-of-the-art ski lift and the most beautiful snow park in eastern Quebec.

Your favourite sport in Centre-du-Québec and Mauricie

A mountain of fun awaits you at Mont Gleason. This multi-slide centre offers 28 slopes for skiers and boarders, three snow parks, as well as glades for the most daring of athletes. If you want to hit the slopes after dark, you'll be happy to know that 75% of the ski area is lit up until 7:30 p.m.

In the northern part of the Mauricie region, Ski La Tuque is a little gem of a resort for downhill skiing with the family. Whether you are a beginner or advanced, you’re sure to enjoy the wide, well-groomed slopes. Snowboarding enthusiasts will also be delighted there, especially because of the quality of the snow park.
