Observatoire de la Capitale offers an amazing panoramic view of the Old City. Located at the heart of Parliament Hill on the 31st – and last – floor of the Marie-Guyart Building, this observatory lets you see the city like no other way. At a height of 221 metres (725 feet), this is the highest point in Québec City. Prepare for a fantastic visit!

The most stunning and highest place to gaze out at Québec City gives you a breathtaking 360-degree view. Visitors can catch a glimpse of the city’s landscapes and winding narrow streets, the majestic St. Lawrence and the two nearby mountain ranges.
