Observatoire de la Capitale offers an amazing panoramic view of the Old City. Located at the heart of Parliament Hill on the 31st – and last – floor of the Marie-Guyart Building, this observatory lets you see the city like no other way. At a height of 221 metres (725 feet), this is the highest point in Québec City. Prepare for a fantastic visit!
