A fabulous exhibit When Quebecers think Chicoutimi, they often think La Fabuleuse Histoire d’un Royaume, a show that has taken to the stage for more than 35 years now! In the exhibit La Fabuleuse Histoire d’un Royaume s’expose!, the production chose to highlight and immortalize some of the work of the hundreds of people who poured their hearts and souls into this show. Go behind the scenes and meet some of the passionate people, both onstage and off, who have been part of this production over the years. Stunning photographs From May 13 to September 17, 2023, don’t miss photographer Michel Tremblay’s temporary exhibit Chicoutimi. In the words of this photographer, this exhibit showcases Chicoutimi’s beauty and ugliness through photos that could easily be mistaken for paintings. Through his ability to master the perspective effect and his use of colour, Tremblay uses his signature style to create a misleading effect. He’s known for having “a raw talent, a personal style and an amazing imagination.” Fun fact: The artist’s house is the centrepiece of the exhibit, featuring some of his paintings, interactive stations, a projection of the sky above the house, and an audio station with excerpts from interviews.
