This network offers exceptional territories with a wide range of outdoor activities. Choose from parks scattered around almost every region that are known for their forests, islands, mountains or rivers, and make the most of this beautiful season!

Outdoor fun for the whole family

Accessible to all, hiking is offered in all regional parks and several of them even allow visitors to hike with their adorable canine companions. Biking and mountain biking, as well as fatbiking, are also popular activities for all ages. Head to the water to fish, swim or go rowboating or paddleboating, or make your way to the woods for bird watching and interpretive activities guided by wildlife experts. Even the little ones will find something to do in the regional parks, as many of them have fun playgrounds to explore.

Make room for adventure and nature

The treetop courses and the ziplines at some of the parks will provide a good dose of adrenalin to the adventurer within. Challenge yourself on the cliffs by trying via ferrata, climbing and canyoning for incomparable thrills. Milder activities like canoeing and kayaking are other great ideas for exploring the many lakes and rivers of the regional parks. And for those wanting to immerse themselves in nature and make the most of their surroundings, there's nothing like camping or a stay in a cottage.
