Just 15 minutes from Old Québec City, discover the spectacular Parc de la Chute-Montmorency offering a breathtaking view of the St. Lawrence River, Île d'Orléans and Québec City. Contemplate the beauty of the landscape from the top of the promenade and the suspended bridges surrounding the park and admire the splendour and strength of the impressive 83-metre-high Montmorency Falls. There are also three via ferrata courses and a 300-metre zipline for adventurous visitors. After a busy day, sit down at Manoir Montmorency and enjoy the amazing view!

The ideal spot for outdoor fun with family

There are so many activities that allow you to marvel at the Montmorency Falls, including the brand new walkway, from which you’ll feel the power and majesty of this waterfall, which is 30 metres higher than Niagara Falls. The panoramic circuit provides other great viewpoints of the waterfall and is lined with information about the site’s historical and geological aspects. You should also take advantage of the cable car for yet another spectacular view of the river, Île d'Orléans and Québec City, as well as the suspension bridge to feel the waterfall roar intensely under your feet.

The best place for great thrills

Looking for a rush of adrenaline and an unusual view? Head over to the 300-metre-long zipline! It takes you across the cove of the Montmorency Falls to land near the La Baronne lookout. With your feet in the air, you’ll feel the waterfall roar and the drizzle will lap at your feet! You could then continue your adventure on the three via ferrata courses set up in the Boischatel fault, equally accessible to those who have already tried via ferrata as to beginners as young as 8 years old. It’s a memorable experience complete with a superb view of the falls and Île d'Orléans!

Something for all kinds of appetites

No matter what kind of craving you have, there are plenty of restaurant and food options at Parc de la Chute-Montmorency.
