Mont Blanc hosts a variety of special events.

Mont Blanc invites you on September 20 and 21, 2024 for its 3rd edition of RodeoFest! If you’re looking for a change of scenery in an enchanting environment that was made for outdoor activities, this is the event you won’t want to miss! Put on a plaid shirt and summon your inner cowboy or cowgirl! Head up to RodeoFest for a Western-style weekend... in the heart of the Laurentians!

Hold your breath and enjoy the competitions!

The heart of RodeoFest is a series of events that includes all the rodeo classics, such as skill demonstrations and multiple riding competitions. Fans will love the thrill as they cheer on up-and-coming riders in the calf, steer and junior bull riding events, and admire the prowess of riders in the saddled and unsaddled horse-riding competition. Although these events might appeal more to an adult audience, the whole family is welcome to attend and is sure to love the kids’ entertainment and play area, the stands of artisans and exhibitors as well as the food trucks.

Francis Degrandpré and Matt Lang take the stage

Where there are cowboys and rodeos, there’s also country music! This event wouldn’t be complete without live music, and festival-goers are invited to gather in front of the main stage starting at 9:30 p.m. Francis Degrandpré will be performing on Friday and Matt Lang on Saturday. And for those who want to make sure their dance moves are top notch for the shows, be sure to take advantage of the line-dancing workshops offered early in the evening!
