Treat yourself to a delicious day at La Belle de Coteau-du-Lac

Specializing in strawberry production and agritourism events, La Belle de Coteau-du-Lac offers plenty of activities for a fun family outing. During the summer, go pick fresh strawberries and explore the corn maze. Starting in July, don’t miss FestiFleurs, a fantastic event during which you can stroll through vast grounds filled with 200 types of flowers. Towards the end of summer, it’s time for the Sunflower Weekend to enchant you, followed in fall by Festiv’Halloween! To cap off your day beautifully, take some time to rest in the picnic area while the kids have their fun on the playground!

Scout out birds of prey at Chouette à voir!

Did you know that Quebec is home to 27 species of birds of prey, all protected? To learn more about these fascinating birds, make your way to Chouette à voir! in St-Jude, a non-profit organization that has been working for their protection since 1987. There, you’ll discover the largest array of birds of prey in Quebec, and you’ll have the chance to observe these majestic birds in flight. The site also includes maintained walking trails where you can try your hand at recognizing different bird species that live in the aviaries and learn more about the region’s flora and fauna.
