Aster, organisme d'interprétation scientifique

Bas-Saint-Laurent
Stargazing

Since 1976, Aster has been welcoming visitors and introducing them to the wonders of astronomy. Each year, thousands of curious minds delight in exploring celestial phenomena. Day or night, rain or shine, the ASTER team is always happy to greet you! From the planetarium and guided exhibition to the telescope and multimedia presentations, there’s something for everyone to discover. Recognized as a museum institution since 2001, Aster features a permanent astronomy exhibit where you can follow the journey from amateur stargazer to professional astronomer. See the sky through the naked eye, binoculars, a spotting scope, and—highlight of your visit—observe the starry vault through the powerful 400 mm telescope
