AWŪ urban sanctuary - Québec City

AWŪ urban sanctuary is located in Quartier DIX30 (Brossard) and Quebec City. Access to the sanctuary includes: the complete thermal cycle with hot pools, cold falls, saunas, steam baths, and Aufguss rituals; movement studio classes open to all (yoga, Pilates, intuitive movement, conscious breathing, and sound therapy); a program of workshops and special events; and access to the nomadic space within the café-restaurant, where you can work or read in peace.
