Au delà de l'Érable welcomes you through the seasons in the Mauricie region. During the sugaring-off season, a traditional, buffet-style sugar shack menu is offered Thursdays through Sundays. Make sure to stay a little longer to enjoy some hiking or cross-country skiing on the trails.
