Cathédrale Christ Church

Montréal
Religious site

Nestled between the modern buildings of the downtown core, this cathedral overtops an underground shopping center. A fine example of Gothic Revival architecture, it was built between 1857 and 1859. The garden behind is dedicated to Raoul Wallenberg, who saved thousands of Jews during World War II.
