Salmon fishing, camping, hiking, black bear observation, winter sports, ice fishing…these are just a few of the activities Contact Nature offers. Contact Nature is a non-profit organization whose mission is the protection and enhancement of the natural environment and wildlife corridor of the Rivière-à-Mars. It offers recreational activities, outdoor, educational, tourist and adventure in a quiet and safe setting. Contact Nature includes five divisions, the Rivière-à-Mars river, the Bec-Scie Outdoor Center, Bec-Scie campground, the ice fishing villages in La Baie, Okwari Adventures and the campground Au jardin de mon père.
