Distillerie Shefford

As the leading producer of Acerum (maple brandies) in Quebec, Distillerie Shefford's mission is to develop and offer the public distilled products that showcase Quebec's terroir and, more specifically, the Shefford region. By growing their own grain and operating their own maple grove, they are able to obtain the vast majority of the ingredients required to make the maple syrup-based spirits. The visitors can enjoy a unique place where passion and terroir come together to unleash a wide range of incredible flavours.
