Ferme Équinoxe

Located in the heart of the Montérégie region, Ferme Équinoxe offers an explosion of flavors: maple syrup in March, tasty fresh asparagus in May and June, and abundant blueberries in July and August. The vegetables produced in harmony with nature, which make up the delicious dishes cooked on site, are not to be outdone. Local products such as duck, chicken and pork round out the recipes.
