Fromagerie du Vieux St-François

This artisan cheese shop and factory is the first one of its kind in Laval. It specializes in the production of yogurt and mature cheese made from goat's milk. Guided tours are offered upon reservation. During the tours, visitors learn how the milk is transformed into various products, and more specifically about the artisan production and transformation methods.
