Le Bistreau d'Érable

Bistreau d'érable is a family-owned sugar bush located in the heart of the magnificent Parc des Appalaches, in Sainte-Lucie-de-Beauregard. On site, tastings of our multiple handmade maple products, boutique, 50-place dining room permitting guests to enjoy a traditional maple meal composed of local products, maple pull tastings, guided tour of the sugar shack and the production of maple syrup.
