Le Coverdale

Located in the heart of the village of Tadoussac and facing one of the most beautiful bays in the region, Le Coverdale invites you to discover a cuisine inspired by the richness of the regional terroir. Enjoy a delicious meal in the dining room while enjoying the breathtaking view of the St. Lawrence River. Hotel Tadoussac is proud to exhibit a tiny part of the Coverdale collection. The bottom of the walls of the dining room "Coverdale" is paneled with panels of cabinets and wooden doors dating from the 18th and 19th centuries. This collection belonged to William H. Coverdale, president of Canada Steamship Lines and an important figure in the conservation of Quebec’s heritage. Open daily for a generous breakfast buffet and to end your day on a perfect note.
