Les Moulins de l'Isle-aux-Coudres

Visit this exceptional site, which combines a water mill and a windmill, both located close to each other and beautifully restored. As in the past, the miller grinds the grain, and you can watch a demonstration of wheat and buckwheat milling at the water mill. You can buy freshly stone-ground flour in the souvenir store, as well as many local products. Guided, self-guided or digital tours are available. You can even explore the mills by completing an escape challenge!
