Ermitage Saint-Antoine - Museum
The Ermitage Saint-Antoine of Lac-Bouchette’s sanctuary is a pilgrimage haven possessing a natural beauty which conceals the religious Québécois patrimony. The Ermitage’s Museum, the Elzéar-DeLamarre center, offers a permanent exposition on the founder of the site, the abbot Elzéar DeLamarre as well as his nephew, the strongman Victor DeLamarre. There is also, since 2024, a brand-new exposition! Come discover the incredible artifacts from the different missions the Capuchin missionaries brought back on this brand new floor, completed by an original presentation of the Capuchin artist Guy Bruneau’s paintings.
