The Musée régional de Vaudreuil-Soulanges (regional museum) is located in Vaudreuil-Dorion, at the heart of Old Vaudreuil, in a former school for boys. The school was built in 1859 and designated historic monument in 1961. This museum dedicated to preserving and valorising heritage as it relates to the art of living in the Vaudreuil-Soulanges region features a collection of 7,000 objects of national interest. It has four exhibition rooms for interesting temporary and permanent exhibitions. It also showcases the works of professional visual artists from the region and province. With its rich, friendly regional tradition, the Musée regional de Vaudreuil-Soulanges offers a personalized welcome for visitors in a friendly, calm environment.
