Saguenay–St. Lawrence Marine Park
Saguenay–St. Lawrence Marine Park
As a marine protected area since 1998, the Saguenay–St. Lawrence Marine Park is one of the best places in the world for whale-watching. The park protects three marine ecosystems teeming with life: the Saguenay Fjord with its breathtaking cliffs, the upper estuary with its islands and pretty lighthouses, as well as the lower estuary with its deeper waters. Discover the Marine Park in your own way, whether it’s by taking part in a wide array of interpretation and outdoor activities or by exploring its wealth of natural and cultural treasures.
