Le Parc régional des Chutes Monte-à-Peine-et-des-Dalles is at the heart of three municipalities: Sainte-Béatrix, Saint-Jean-de-Matha and Sainte-Mélanie. The site stretches out around a network of hiking trails totalling 26 km, picnic areas, stairways, pathways, lookouts and a nature interpretation trail.
