La Table des Trois Vallées is operated by the École hôtelière de l’Outaouais as a training ground for students in the culinary program. Enjoy a warm welcome, outstanding service worthy of the most elegant establishment, and top-quality classic, traditional and contemporary dishes carefully prepared by students under the supervision of a qualified chef. Many of the program’s graduates have gone on to work in some of Quebec’s best restaurants. La Table des Trois Vallées is open only a few days per month, so check the website and reserve on line. New this year : Open in July, Wednesday to Saturday.
