Société de développement culturel de Terrebonne (SODECT)

A key player in cultural development in Lanaudière, SODECT is one of the largest presenters in Quebec. In addition to developing all the disciplines of the performing arts, its mandate is to create original cultural and tourism events. It also interprets the history and heritage of Terrebonne and its region, maintains creative and dissemination spaces, and carries out animation, awareness and public education activities Its main mandates: presentation of shows (Théâtre du Vieux-Terrebonne and Le Moulinet hall), maintenance, enhancement and animation of L'Île-des-Moulins and Maison Bélisle, heritage and museum interpretation and production of events such as: Le Festival Vins et Histoire de Terrebonne, Le Marché de Noël de Terrebonne, et la Fête nationale du Québec.
