Vignoble Pigeon Hill

This vineyard is located in the heart of the village of Pigeon Hill on southeast-facing hills and alluvial soils overlooking Mount Pinnacle. We believe strongly in the power of regenerative agriculture and have been certified organic since planting our very first vines in 2010. The team believes that good wine comes from grapes grown in an environment rich in biodiversity. As such, they focus on producing quality wines from hybrid grape varieties adapted to our environment, such as Marquette and Saint-Pépin. Vinification is carried out with spontaneous fermentation, minimal intervention and no filtration or fining, producing vibrant, natural wines that represent the Pigeon Hill terroir.
