The Défi Entreprises is an annual competition that encourages the active participation of companies in a variety of events designed to build team spirit and promote physical fitness. Events include 5 km, 10 km, Yoga, Zumba and Cardio-Fit. Open to all industries, the Défi Entreprises provides a unique platform for business-to-business networking, while promoting internal cohesion within participating teams.
