The Bergerons love their top-floor apartment… so much so that they dream of expanding by annexing the one belonging to their downstairs neighbors, the Tessiers. But the Tessiers are perfectly happy in their home and refuse to leave. Determined to carry out their plan, the Bergerons try a variety of strategies—often dubious ones—to drive them away. What follows is a series of twisted schemes, misunderstandings, and situations as absurd as they are irresistible, putting a strain on their relationship… and their neighborhood.
