Stretch out summer at the Momo cultural station

Explore downtown Laval and enjoy the final weeks of activities at Station culturelle Momo. The Place Bell public square, near the Montmorency metro station, will remain festive up until September 28, 2025. It’s the perfect place to wring every last drop of pleasure out of summer and usher in the crisp fall weather! Expect entertainment and a variety of music shows, such as the Mosaïques à Momo series, with its sunny rhythms from all over the world. Dance and artistic performances complete the vibrant lineup.

Celebrate harvest time at Marineau farm

On the weekends in September and October, escape to Ferme Marineau, one of the oldest market gardens in Laval. As fall is harvest season, the farm invites visitors to pick their own produce, a great way to slow down and reconnect with the land, with family or friends. Pick a beautiful bouquet of flowers or select the perfect pumpkin to carve (and eat!) for Halloween.

Ferme Marineau is a gathering place. During your visit, take advantage of the fun and food-related activities on-site. The farm also holds thematic events, such as the Marineau Flower Festival, on until September 14, 2025. Also be sure to check out Le Chemin des Saveurs – Fermes et festins weekends. Local products are on the menu in September, while in late October, Halloween activities are planned, with face painting and candy.

Savour autumn at Sekoya restaurant

Once comfortably seated in the elegant surroundings of this Laval gem, enjoy creative dishes that each tell a story, made with Quebec-grown ingredients. To end the meal on a perfect note, let yourself be tempted by desserts that marry unexpected flavours, such as hazelnut cake with Jerusalem artichoke and coffee. Delicious!
