From May 18 to 21, look forward to family fun and lots of maple syrup at this sugaring off festival in the Centre-du-Québec. This 66th edition of the Festival des Sucres de Saint-Pierre-Baptiste promises litres of maple syrup and a folksy atmosphere. A warm welcome is guaranteed!
A strong tradition dating back to 1958
Syrup lovers from across the province will be gathering on the grounds of Saint-Pierre-Baptiste’s municipal sugar bush to celebrate the maple sap harvest and the return of spring. Rooted in a long-standing tradition, this big family celebration offers four days of festivities, including the can’t miss sugaring-off party, where young and old will have a chance to taste the famous local maple taffy. It’s the perfect time to get the family together to make the most of spring.

A dozen artists will take to the stage over the course of the weekend, including Steve Desmarais, la Famille Jean-Nil Guillemette, les Cuillères à Carreaux, as well as Louise Mailhot and guests. Get ready to sing and dance to folk music rhythms under the heated marquee!
