Bistro Mistral boasts a beautiful patio and serves local cuisine of the highest quality. Local chef Patrick Plouffe is at the helm. In summer, a large vegetable garden supplies the kitchen with herbs and edible flowers. The products of the region are honoured, including the famous Brome Lake duck, of course.

A semi-Olympic pool allows guests to relax during the summer months while the 5 km of hiking trails and the small private lake where guests can go out on a rowboat are ideal for soaking up nature. The majestic Brome Lake is also accessible from a private dock and kayaks are available for rent at the reception desk.
