Get ready for an unforgettable fusion of sound and visuals at MUTEK 2025

A vibrant lineup of indoor performances

Once again, MUTEK brings together more than 100 electronic artists from here and abroad.

On August 23 and 24, the A/Visions series brings Place des Arts’ Théâtre Maisonneuve to life with audiovisual works that reveal the unseen and intangible, pushing creative boundaries. From August 20 to 24, the Nocturne series showcases groundbreaking pieces enhanced by a state-of-the-art visual environment at the Society for Arts and Technology. And finally, on August 22 and 23, the Métropolis series lights up MTELUS with electrifying performances and captivating rhythms that keep the party going until dawn. 

A top highlight this year is the North American premiere of British artist Max Cooper’s latest creation, Lattice 3D/AV, a mesmerizing and deeply immersive audiovisual experience.

Free outdoor shows

Every night, the Expérience series creates a festive atmosphere at the Esplanade Tranquille, bringing together musical styles from around the world. From 5 p.m. to 11 p.m., and until midnight Thursday through Saturday, free performances light up this spacious outdoor stage in a friendly and inclusive setting. 

And for the first time, MUTEK transforms Théâtre de Verdure at Parc La Fontaine with three new, completely free performances that fuse classical instruments with electronic experimentation under the open sky.

The second edition of Village Numérique

After winning over audiences and critics alike with its inaugural edition, Village Numérique is back at the Quartier des Spectacles from August 14 to 28, 2025. 

This free circuit of immersive and original digital art installations features wall projections, virtual reality experiences, and interactive creations that blur the lines between art and technology in both indoor and outdoor settings.
